Our commitment to the environment remains, and all items are dispatched in compostable packaging.
🖤 Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary eParcel shipping to Europe, US, most of Asia, and Australia. This can take up to 20 working days. All orders come with tracking.
🖤 Express Shipping: For a swifter delivery, we recommend our express shipping option, which usually takes 5-7 days as per the Posindonesia.co.id website. For most international destinations, it's priced at $20. However, we've got our Australian and Asian customers covered with a discounted rate of $10.
🖤 Free Express Shipping: As a special treat, any order totalling over $200 will be upgraded to free express shipping.
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 business days of order placement. On confirmation, a tracking email will be sent your way. While we're a dedicated small team, during peak times there might be minor delays, and we appreciate your patience.

We use Indo Pos's premium, fast, trackable shipping service for all our international orders. If for any reason we can't ship to your country, we'll promptly contact you.
This doesn’t include our 1- 4 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
The Stonery won't be held accountable for orders dispatched to incorrect addresses provided during the checkout. Please ensure both your billing and shipping addresses are accurate. Likewise, if a parcel is declared as 'delivered' by a shipping provider but is missing, we cannot be held liable. Ensure a secure location for parcel delivery.
For any errors on our end, rest assured we'll take full responsibility, dispatching the original order to you at no extra charge.
Consider purchasing insurance for your parcel to cover the delivery process. If interested, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
