Whether you already have a clear vision or only a feeling, we can help shape your idea into a wearable piece. Custom orders can be made using available stones from our collection, gemstones we currently have in the studio, or materials we discuss together.

We can recreate older designs where possible, adapt existing styles, or develop something completely new. We are happy to work with different metals, textures, finishes, crystals, gemstones, and design directions.

Many customers choose custom work for meaningful gifts, engagement-style pieces, personal talismans, crystal jewellery, special sizes, or stones with a particular story.

You can choose from gemstones and crystals we have available, ask about a specific stone, or discuss material options such as sterling silver, oxidised finishes, gold plating, and other design details.

From First Message To Finished Piece

1. Get in touch: Tell us what you would like, including stone, size, style, metal, budget, and any inspiration.
2. Choose your stone: We can work from available gemstones, crystals in the studio, or discuss sourcing options.
3. Refine the design: We discuss shape, texture, setting style, finish, proportions, and any practical details.
4. Deposit: A $50 deposit begins the custom order process.
5. Making begins: Your piece is crafted, cast, textured, polished, plated, or set depending on the design.
6. Final photos, payment & shipping: Once complete, we confirm the final result, arrange the remaining balance, and ship your piece.
Before You Begin

Custom Work Takes Time, Care & Clear Communication

Custom orders are made specifically for you. Timing depends on the complexity of the piece, material availability, stone selection, casting, setting, finishing, and current studio workload.

Once a custom order has been accepted and work has started, it may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or refund unless agreed in writing.
